IOANA VLADESCU
Managing Partner
A Partner in DSQuest, Ms. Vladescu has more than 13 years of experience in banking sector, mainly in international banks (Raiffeisen Bank, Millennium Bank, Volksbank).
Prior to joining DSQuest, Ioana ran Volksbank Romania’s SME Division, as well as SME business network. At the same time she participated as an active member of the bank credit committee.
Held Division Head positions in Corporate Banking, SME Banking and project manager in Nextebank turnaround program. Member of vendor due diligence team in Nextebank divestiture.
During her career Ioana was in charge of several key turnaround projects, particularly in the SME space, developing both new products and processes as well as streamlining existing ones.
Played major role in the first portfolio sale in Romania (Nextebank, EUR200 million) and in the first major bank turnaround in the market.
Ms. Vladescu holds a MSc degree in Management from Academy of Economics Studies in Bucharest, Romania and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
